Behemoth ou a Queda (afetos)

  • Performance

Oct 16 - 30 2022

All Day

The event is finished.

Start of a writing process to create a show that will seek intertextual relations between some pre-chosen works:
“The Master and Margarita” by Mikhail Bulgakov, “Behemoth; or, The Long Parliament” by Thomas Hobbes,
“Daemonologie, In Forme of a Dialogue”, amongst others.

It is a journey into a society and a revelation of how it is structured, its hypocrisy and the relationships that maintain power.

After writing the text, the project will materialize in a performance in which experiences are established with the audience of active reflection on what they are witnessing in terms of the text. The relationship with the actors is that the audience is a phantom to which they address themselves but which is unreachable for them.
